The Midtown Bombers completed their quest for the AARFL Premiership trophy with a solid win against Druid Hills and a perfect 6-0 season. In an even first half the Bombers struggled to break away from the determined Highlanders who still had slim hopes of also taking the title. In the second half however led by their Captain Curtis Jones the Bombers took control and rolled onto an impressive win and an even more impressive season.

This is the third Premiership trophy for the Midtown team in the fifth season of local games in Atlanta. The AARFL season in 2007 has seen further improvement in all areas of the game as teams strive to compete and recruit new players to the sport. The standard of play in the final few games of the season was far and above what has been seen in previous years.

In the final game of the season Decatur celebrated their second win of the season with a comfortable win over Roswell. With a big opening quarter the Devils were in control most of the game with some accurate kicking up forward.
